JSC “NASOSENERGOMASH Sumy” manufactured and shipped partially a large consignment of the pumping equipment to the thermal power stations of Uzbekistan Republic.

Among the equipment ordered there are the following pumps such as: КсВ 500-220(-150,-85), ПД 650-160-2, ПЭ 580-185(-195) and others.

The equipment is supplied in the framework of modernization of power units of thermal power engineering facilities in Uzbekistan Republic.

Taking into account some modernization priorities of the Customer, namely: increased reliability and energy performance indexes, the equipment containing advanced design and process developments is included in the scope of supply.

All design improvements are directed to increasing of life cycle of the equipment as well as reduction in the value.

Thus, the following achieved performance targets can be distinguished for basic groups of energy pumps:

For the pumps of ПЭ 580-185 model annual saving is over 900 000 kWh per year for 1 pump;
Vibration (vibration speed) of the bearings of new pumps of ПЭ 580-185 model does not exceed 3mm/s;
For the pumps of КсВ 500-185 model annual saving is over 110 kWh per year for 1 pump;
For the pumps of ПД 650-160 model annual saving is over 200 000 kWh per year for 1 pump.
