Social responsibility
The primary trade union organization of JSC “Sumy Plant” Nasosenergomash “is the organizational link of the Sumy Regional Committee of the Union of Workers in Engineering and Metalworking of Ukraine. There is no such sphere of activity in JSC “Sumy Plant” Nasosenergomash “which would be left without attention of the trade union. There are 2,170 registered union members and 1,037 non-working retirees, former factory workers, registered in the union. In its structure, the trade union organization has 39 trade union organizations of the shops and departments of the enterprise. The work of the trade union organization is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On trade unions, their rights and guarantees of activity”, the Charter of the trade union of workers in engineering and metalworking of Ukraine and other regulatory acts.
Supervises the work of the primary trade union 
organization of a trade union committee, which is elected at the trade union conference of the enterprise. At the reporting and election conference of the primary trade union organization of JSC “Sumy Plant” Nasosenergomash “on April 7, 2015, the chairman of the trade union committee was elected Bespalaya Tatyana Vladimirovna.
