JSC “NASOSENERGOMASH Sumy” has shipped a regular consignment of modern high-pressure pumps of ЦНСп model
JSC “NASOSENERGOMASH Sumy” has shipped a regular consignment of modern high-pressure pumps of ЦНСп model for maintaining the seam pressure (increasing of the seam pressure).
The pumps will be operated in the oil deposits of Kazakhstan Republic.
The impellers of the pump of ЦНСп model are located opposed (back to back), that allow to unload the rotor from axial forces and exclude hydraulic balancing device from the pump design.
Central throttling sleeve improves rotor dynamics, especially in case of a great number of stages. Even in case of wearing of casing wear ring surfaces residual axial force has little change due to patented design of the pump.
The pumps of this type completely comply with GOST 32601-2013 requirements (API610/ISO 13709) in regards to basic parameters.
The unification in regards to connection dimensions for foundation and nozzle at the inlet ЦНС 45, 63, 90, 120, 180, 240 is foreseen.
In the process of manufacturing super duplex steels are used, PREN of which is not less than 40 units

Index which is used for relative assessment of corrosion resistance of steels (pitting resistance equivalent number, PREN).
